Media Release: : Consultations with the Arima Business Association (ABA), Couva/Point Lisas Chamber of Commerce (CPCC) and Downtown Owners and Merchants Association (DOMA) on the proposed increase in the compulsory age of retirement from 60 to 65 years

The Honourable Brian Manning M.P., Minister in the Ministry of Finance continued consultations today on the proposed increase in the compulsory age of retirement from 60 to 65 years with the Arima Business Association (ABA), Couva/Point Lisas Chamber of Commerce (CPCC) and Downtown Owners and Merchants Association (DOMA).
The Minister held constructive and beneficial discussions surrounding the subject matter with the representatives of ABA, CPCC and DOMA.
Consultations with other stakeholders will continue in the near future.
