The Honourable Winston Dookeran, Minister of Finance earlier today welcomed the new Minister in the Ministry of Finance Dr. Delmon Dexter Baker at the Ministry’s office.
Minister Baker has been a distinguished youth leader in public life over the years and prior to his appointment at the Ministry of Finance, he held the position as Minister in the Ministry of Tourism focusing on developmental issues.
