Downloadable forms for Landlord Registration with the Board of Inland Revenue (BIR) will be available from March 1, 2026.

This was announced by the BIR this week, as it advised that preparations are well underway to facilitate landlords seeking to become compliant.

The BIR is currently involved in administrative preparations to ensure readiness for implementation of the Landlord Business Surcharge – a new tax introduced in the 2025/2026 National Budget.
