Media Release: Procurement Regulations Laid in Parliament by the Honourable Colm Imbert, Minister of Finance on July 2nd, 2021

The Honourable Colm Imbert, MP, Minister of Finance, laid in the House of Representatives a package of Regulations required to operationalize the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act.

The legislative package consists of a total of ten (10) individual Regulations.


Procurement Regulations laid in the House of Representatives and available for public comment

The following Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Regulations were laid in the House of Representatives on July 2, 2021.

These Regulations are not yet law. They are subject to the affirmative resolution of the Parliament and will be debated at a later date. Interested persons are invited to download their personal copies and send comments, if desired to procurement.finance@gov.tt.
